OPAD strives to enhance to promote agro-ecology development with improved livelihoods. Improved livelihood will be realized through real-world farm management trainings, supply of clean agricultural inputs and technologies, improved agricultural practices and by engaging women, men and the youth in off-farm and non-farm eco-friendly income generating activities such as fuel saving stove production ,root and tuber crops promotion ,dairy development promotion ,bee-keeping development, intensive farming development poultry farm development, animal raising development, rural credit access ,marketable livelihood skill training, improved seed multiplication development ,fair trade promotion ,post-harvest lost management ,prevention  of exotic weeds like water hyacinth and promotion of improved seeds and animal species
